May 08, 2019 · From my experience I'd found Automate.io and Workato as the best connectors for Salesforce and Microsoft Teams. At our company, we rely on Salesforce for our customer management and MS Teams for communication. For new leads in Salesforce, we send messages to our team members in Teams so that they have more time to spend turning those leads into sales. I couldn't get around Workato, found it to be a bit too technical for my taste.
